Jagster Detail Wokz operates on a prepaid appointment system requiring full payment at the time of booking. Due to the allocation of labor, travel time, and scheduling commitments, refunds are strictly governed by the cancellation structure set forth in the Terms and Conditions.

Customers who cancel more than twenty-four hours prior to their scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or service credit. Customers who cancel between twelve and twenty-four hours before the appointment are eligible for a fifty percent refund. Cancellations made less than twelve hours before the appointment time are non-refundable. Failure to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for completed services. Dissatisfaction claims must be raised immediately upon completion while the technician is present. Once the technician leaves the location, the service is deemed accepted and final. The Company does not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or imperfections and shall not issue refunds based on limitations inherent to the condition of the vehicle.

The Company reserves the right to issue service credits in lieu of refunds at its sole discretion. All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Stripe.

Jagster Detail Wokz is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and safeguarded.

The Company may collect personal information including name, address, email address, phone number, vehicle information, and payment-related information necessary to process bookings. Payment transactions are securely processed through Stripe, and the Company does not store complete credit card numbers.

Personal information is collected for the purposes of scheduling services, processing payments, communicating with customers, maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, and preventing fraud or unauthorized transactions.

The Company does not sell, rent, or trade customer personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with service providers such as Stripe solely to facilitate payment processing and business operations.

In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to request access to the personal information collected about them, request deletion of their personal information subject to legal retention requirements, and request information regarding the categories of data collected and how it is used. The Company retains personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill business, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance requirements.

While the Company implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

If you want, next I can add an Arbitration and Class Action Waiver clause. That would reduce lawsuit exposure significantly and make the document even more protective.
